In order to increase accounting effectiveness and to be able to process your claims more quickly in the future, HOLZRING and SGH offer you several options for supporting your client in the project.
You can also benefit from this by saving the costs of mailing and by spending more time on your core business. In addition, you enjoy the benefits of improved customer relationships.
You yourself can also benefit from this by reducing the costs of postal dispatch and by generating more time for your core business by reducing the effort and the mail delivery time, e.g. by accelerating and more precisely determining the payment runs of your receivables.

You can submit your invoices and credit notes to the HOLZRING members in future as a PDF by e-mail. SGH will gladly inform you of the mail address on request.
Register
In order to send documents as PDF to the HOLZRING members, just register at Register now! SGH will then give you the mail address for sending PDF invoices.
E-mail address
We will set up a unique e-mail address to which you can send your documents in the future.
Test files
After receiving the e-mail address, please send us a sample invoice, credit note, cancellation invoice and invoice correction to check the specifications below
Checking
We will check the files and give you feedback asking for adjustment if the data record does not meet the requirements. If the data record is correct, we will send you confirmation of your activation.
Finished!
You are now able to send your documents for the HOLZRING members to the communicated e-mail address.
Preparations on both sides are necessary for the smooth running of the process. In order to allocate your receipts fully automatically and thus enable the fastest possible processing, the data from your PDF file is read out by machine. For this, a design is created based on your test documents.

We will set up you as a participant and you will receive from us your personal access to the ivi portal as well as a unique e-mail address to which you can send your documents in the future.

We design the documents for you and test the processing. If errors occur, we will contact you with a correction request. If the data record is correct, we will send you an email asking for approval.

EDIFACT (Electronic Data Interchange for Administration, Commerce and Transport) is an international standard for the electronic exchange of commercial data in uniform formats for business transactions. You will need expert knowledge and dedicated software for using EDIFACT.

You send us your test data by e-mail to the e-mail address provided to you. We will then check for syntactic and content correctness.
Please do not send us any productive data during the test phase.

You will receive feedback from us asking for adjustments if the data record does not meet the requirements, as well as a visual document created from your data for acceptance.

Finally, you receive the approval for electronic document processing and are given connection details.
